Abstract Background The use of technology for work has become an unavoidable component most occupations. It is considered a double-edged sword; it massive impact on employees’ mental health and productivity, mainly when used outside the working hours. This practice referred to as technology-assisted supplemental (TASW). study aimed determine effect using behavior burnout levels among Saudi board residents its consequences productivity.
